Lavender Marans are have stolen our hearts. With their beautiful purple bloom eggs, lavender feathers, reliable laying schedule, and cute feathered feet, this rare breed has quickly become one of the breeds we are most excited about!
Lavender Marans have a docile and friendly personality and lay at a rate of about 200 eggs per year. Their eggs are lighter brown than the Black copper marans, but often have a heavy bloom that makes them have a plum/ purple hue. These eggs are a beautiful addition to your rainbow egg basket!!!
These eggs are from Lavender bred to Lavender, but you have the chance of getting Lavender, Splash, or Black chicks from them because of the BBS Genetic.
