If you are looking for healthy and strong chicks that will lay the rainbow, then our barnyard mix chicks are for you. No one chick is alike! With multiple of these, you'll have a rainbow of eggs in no time! Most of these chicks come from our Black Copper Maran rooster Chantecler, who watches over a wide array of hens including Cream Legbars, Dominate Coppers, Easter eggers, Cochins, and Olive eggers. 

Later this spring we will also be including chicks from an exciting cross of Lavender Maran roos with Lavender Ameracauna, Salmon Favorelle, Olive egger, and Sapphire Hens. 

Our chickens are fed all-organic feed and free-range daily. They receive organic herbs as treats as well. We only breed well-tempered chickens that are healthy, and use bio security measures to make sure our farm stays secure and disease free.

Chicks are sold straight run meaning we cannot guarantee the gender. Each chick has a 50/50 chance of being male or female.
